  • We Love Weddings!

Our philosophy is "It is the bride's day". We are there for you and your groom. We believe you should get all of the photographs taken on this special day. You do with us. You get all the photographs in high-resolution files along with a print authorization that allows you to print the photographs anywhere you want.

You can use them in social media, print them, email them or make an album. Since you can do anything you want with them you can make an album yourself, hire a graphic artist to make one for you, or hire us to make one for you.

The important thing is capturing the moments and memories of that special day and being able to use these images as you want.

Plus you get two wall prints as part of the package. See the price page for full details.

Spring Break Wedding Planning

I have found that Spring Break is a big wedding planning time.  We love weddings.  Thanks for coming to our site.  Please browse some of the posts and check out some of our photographs in the portfolio section.  Did I mention we love weddings :)?  If you’d like to visit about us photographing your wedding just call us at 870-236-2275.  We are based in Northeast Arkansas but travel wherever the wedding is held.  Most of our weddings are in the Jonesboro and Paragould areas and towns within a 100-mile radius.  However, we have photographed weddings in Little Rock, Houston, Fort Worth, and in Florida.  Memphis is another town where we have photographed weddings but that is within the 100-mile radius of us.

Bucket List Update

We have weddings booked in Arkansas and Missouri this year.  However, one beautiful place I’d love to photograph a wedding is Subiaco Abbey Church in Subiaco, Arkansas. I have only seen this facility from the outside but I have read about it and heard about it.  It is one place I’d like to be a wedding photographer.

Of course, I love photographing weddings anywhere and most of those locations are in Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri.  Jonesboro is the most frequent town but there are many others.  If you are looking for a wedding photographer consider us.  And if your wedding is going to be at Subiaco Abbey Church I will waive my travel fee.  To be clear, I will not charge any mileage fee as I think this will be a wonderful day to remember.

Remember, there is never a travel charge in Greene County or Craighead County Arkansas.carving station

Bridal Portraits

We always photograph the bride by herself on the wedding day.  However, many brides want to do a bridal session anywhere from two weeks to six months before the wedding.  This makes it possible to have a beautiful portrait of the bride on display at the wedding reception.  This portrait will become a permanent piece of art in the home of the bride or her parents.

We love bridal sessions.  It also gives the bride a chance to stand in her dress for a good amount of time and see if there are any final alterations that need to be done to the dress.

Location – you pick it.  We have done them in churches, in living rooms, in back yards, in parks, and in places that are special to the bride.  Here are some examples from a Little Rock bride.  We photographed at the state Capitol and then moved to North Little Rock where we could get the Little Rock skyline in the background as the sun set.

My thanks to Amanda for the wonderful bridal portrait session.

And one final image on this post is a bridal portrait we took at Crowley’s Ridge State Park with another bride.  Bridal portraits can be printed on regular photographic paper; on metallic photographic paper; or on canvas in a fine art gallery wrap.  We also have a digital package available where you can buy all of the photographs from the bridal session in high-resolution.  Remember, if we photograph your wedding you get all of the images from the wedding day in high-resolution files that you can use anyway you want.  Plus with our wedding photography you also get two large wall prints on photographic paper.

Engagement Photographs

We love wedding photography.  We also love associated photography such as engagement photography and bridal photography. We offer a special price for couples and brides when we are photographing their weddings.  There are times when we are not photographing their wedding but do engagement or bridal photography at our regular prices for portraits.

Weddings are special and engagement photographs can be special as well.  For example we drove to Melbourne, Arkansas, to some family property of the groom.  It was a special place to him and his fiancée and we got some great photos.  Another couple got engaged at the Botanical Garden in St. Louis.  We went back to St. Louis to that very spot in the Botanical Garden and re-created his proposal.  We also photographed throughout the garden with wonderful couple photographs of this fine couple.  Then we went down by the Arch and did additional engagement photography.

Marriages are special. Weddings are the official start of marriages and they are special.  For us, engagement photographs and bridal portraits are special, too.  Below is a photograph of a couple who will be getting married later this year.  This was an engagement session on the property where they will be getting married.

What is special to you?  Where do you want to go? It can be personal, a favorite place, or scenic location.  We’d love to be part of it as your photographer.

Outdoor wedding

Mountain WeddingWe have photographed outdoor weddings often.  Outdoor weddings can be beautiful and they also can be cost efficient depending on where you hold them.  My suggestion is you have an indoor location as a backup in case of rain.  We have never had a wedding where it actually rained during the ceremony.  It has sprinkled.  It has rained hard before and after ceremonies but we have dodged the bullet for an actual downpour during the wedding ceremony.  It is part of nature.  But nature can make a wedding — with color and smell and even with sound. Whether it be the backyard with the birds and the butterflies or a mountain view like the one above at Mount Petit Jean, an outdoor weddings is a good option.  It can be cool or it can be hot.  The important thing is the couple and the people around them who love them and are there for that special day.  So even if you don’t have an indoor option it will still be your special day.  A day to remember always.

We hope you will consider us as your wedding photographer for an outdoor as well as an indoor wedding.
